This Privacy Policy describes how Hair System Pain (the "App"), a Reddit Devvit application operated by Sufob, handles information when monitoring public Reddit content.
1. Scope
This policy applies to data processed by the App and its connected internal systems. It supplements — and does not replace — Reddit's Privacy Policy for your general use of Reddit.
2. What We Collect
The App reads publicly available Reddit content only. We do not access:
- Private messages or chat
- Non-public profile information
- Saved posts, hidden posts, or moderation tools
- Authentication credentials beyond what Reddit's Devvit platform provides to run the App
From public posts and comments, the App may collect and transmit:

3. How We Use Data
Collected public content is used solely for Sufob internal operations:
- Industry pain-point monitoring in hair-system communities
- Content topic selection for blog, video, social, and FAQ updates
- Customer-service and brand-risk awareness from public mentions
We do not:
- Sell or rent Reddit-derived data to third parties
- Use the data to train machine-learning or AI models
- Build advertising profiles of Reddit users
- Attempt to deanonymize or combine public Reddit data with private sources
Any AI-assisted summarization or classification runs inside Sufob's internal n8n workflow on a per-item basis and is not used for third-party model training.
4. Where Data Goes
Public content fields are sent via HTTPS to an n8n webhook at api.sufob.com. From there, data may be stored in:
- An internal Google Sheet (Hair System Pain monitoring workbook)
- n8n workflow execution logs retained for troubleshooting
Access is limited to authorized Sufob personnel involved in content and operations.
5. Data Retention
Monitoring records are retained in internal spreadsheets and workflow logs for as long as needed for content planning and operational review, typically on the order of months. Aggregated or obsolete rows may be archived or deleted during routine sheet maintenance.
6. Your Rights & Deletion Requests
Because the App processes public Reddit posts and comments, we generally cannot modify content on Reddit itself. If you are a Reddit user and want us to remove your public username or a specific public post/comment from our internal Google Sheet or workflow records, contact us with:
- The Reddit permalink(s) you want removed
- Your Reddit username (if applicable)
- A brief description of your request
We will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe, usually within 30 days, and delete matching internal records where feasible.

7. Security
Data in transit is sent over HTTPS. Internal Google Sheet and n8n access is restricted to authorized accounts. No system is perfectly secure; we apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to internal research data.
8. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 and is not intended for consumer-facing use.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above indicates the latest version.
