Effective date: June 23, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Hair System Pain (the "App"), a Reddit Devvit application operated by Sufob. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the App Does
The App monitors public Reddit subreddit content related to men's hair replacement systems and adjacent topics. It collects publicly available posts and comments and forwards structured data to an internal automation workflow (n8n) for Sufob internal industry pain-point monitoring and content topic research.
The App does not access private Reddit user data, direct messages, saved posts, account settings, or any non-public information.
2. Data Collected from Public Reddit Content
When the App runs, it may read and transmit the following public fields from posts and comments:
- Subreddit name
- Post or comment title and body text
- Public permalink and external links shared in the post
- Score (upvotes minus downvotes)
- Comment count
- Creation timestamp
- Public Reddit usernames (as displayed on public posts/comments)
- Post and comment identifiers required for deduplication
This data is sent to an n8n webhook hosted at api.sufob.com and may be written to an internal Google Sheet used by Sufob's content and operations team.
3. Permitted Use
The App and the data it processes are used exclusively for:
- Identifying recurring customer pain points in the hair-system community
- Supporting internal content planning (blog, FAQ, social, customer service)
- Operational alerts for brand-related or high-risk public mentions
The App and its outputs are not sold, licensed, or shared with third parties for advertising, profiling, or unrelated commercial purposes.
4. No Model Training
Data collected through the App is not used to train machine-learning or AI models. Any AI-assisted analysis runs on a per-request basis inside Sufob's internal workflow and does not contribute to third-party model training.
5. Reddit Platform Rules
Your use of Reddit remains subject to Reddit's User Agreement and Reddit's Content Policy. The App complies with Reddit's Developer Terms and Devvit platform rules, including requirements for apps that use HTTP Fetch.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided for internal research automation. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Reddit, Inc. Information derived from public posts reflects user-generated content and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Sufob makes no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of monitored content.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
